What will happen at the event?

Overview

  • Intense 1.5 day event.
  • DAY 1: Exercises with Experienced Assessors.
  • DAY 2: Assessment Feedback Session & Debriefing.

You are supported

  • Assessors will guide you through the day and provide you with all the details and instructions for each exercise.
  • Technical advisors are in the background to step in should there be any issues.
  • The TACC team serves as your hosts and ensures you feel comfortable.

Exercises

  • Simulated meetings
  • Meetings with a manager or direct report, in a fictitious setting.
  • Interview
  • Questions around your job experiences and daily challenges.
  • Cognitive Reasoning Tests
  • Timed tests of your numerical and logical reasoning.
  • Analysing Business Data
  • Business challenges to be solved based in a fictitious company.
  • Presentation
  • Explain your solutions for the business analysis using slides.

Technology

  • The day will be run as a digital, virtual assessment center using our digital assessment platform.
  • Please take some time in the prework to familiarize yourself with the platform.
  • A laptop and computer screen will be provided in your personal room during the event.
  • If you prefer to use headphones, then bring your own!
